Ibiza is an island which is about 80 km of the coast of Spain. It is the third largest island of the Balearic island autonomous community (Spain) in the Mediterranean Sea and is also one of the pine islands with the Formentera being the other one. Ibiza is blessed with majestic views around the island with beaches and shopping destinations to keep you busy throughout the day.

One of the cities on the island, Ibiza town has everything what a tourist would want under the bright sun. You can go sightseeing around the city or can shop at the La Marina which is a maze of old streets where you’ll find lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. If you want to relax then indulge in food and drinks at the beach and lie own to enjoy the exquisite view under the soothing island sun.

You can also go to Las Dalias which is basically a hippie market with restaurants and bars. You can easily pick up an Ibicenco souvenir here which will always remind you of Las Dalias. You can find lots off hippie accessories with varied shapes and sizes.

You’ll find clothing which you can only think of wearing on a beach here but would not even look at when you are back home!!! Better get a book from the second hand book booths for beach reading. You can also go to markets named Sant Jordi and Es Canar or have a look at the farmers market in Santa Eularia. Just take care that you don’t visit these markets during siesta hours which are usually 13.00 to 16.00 as all ths shops are closed.

Ibiza has a 180 km coastline full of beautiful beaches. Some of the bigger like Salinas and Playa d’en Bossa beaches keep the parties going on all day in the hindsight of the beautiful landscapes. Playa d’en Bossa also has some bustling hotels. Still, if you want rejuvenating sunbath you can head calmer beaches such as Cala Comte and Aguas Blancas with its small beachside restaurants. You’ll find people their sunbathing fully nude. Just pay a visit and you’ll enjoy your Ibiza holiday!!
